Matt-Elite Properties Limited is a Lagos-based property development company delivering solutions across site acquisition, estate planning, construction, structural engineering, and property marketing. We work across the full lifecycle of a development — from the moment a site is assessed, through planning and construction, to the point a finished property reaches its buyer or tenant.
 

Our Approach

 
We treat every development as a structured process, not a single transaction. Before any construction begins, a site is assessed for suitability. Before any unit is marketed, it is planned properly — estate layout, structural design, and infrastructure considered together rather than as afterthoughts. This sequencing is deliberate: it is what separates a development that holds up over time from one that simply looks good in a rendering.
 

How We Work

 
Matt-Elite coordinates construction, structural engineering, and marketing under one roof, rather than handing a project between disconnected parties who rarely speak to one another. This means our clients and site teams deal directly with the people executing their project at every stage — planning, construction, and eventual marketing — with one point of accountability throughout.
 

Currently Building

 
Our ongoing development, Elite Casa in Lekki, Lagos, reflects this approach in practice. A residential terrace development that broke ground in 2024, Elite Casa has progressed through structural works into its finishing stage — exterior cladding, balcony glazing, and lighting installations are visibly underway. We publish real progress on our Projects page as it happens, not curated milestones after the fact.
